The DRHC of Okayama Diocese were dispatched to assist in the recovery effort in the aftermath of an explosion at an aluminum factory in Soja City.
The DRHC of Aichi, Gifu, Hyogo, Yamaguchi dioceses were also dispatched to affected areas.
