Disaster Relief Hinokishin Corps Dispatched To Fukushima

Disaster Relief Hinokishin Corps (DRHC) of Oyasato Diocese will be cooking at evacuation centers in Fukushima and Miyagi prefectures between April 13 and 22. According to statistics from Church Headquarters, a grand total of 3,053 Disaster Relief Hinokishin Corps (DRHC) members took part in hinokishin efforts in the month since the March 11 Tohoku Earthquake.

When I was running the bar in Kobe, I was married to my first wife. She was the daughter of a woman who owned a nearby coffee shop. Business went well and we were blessed with two children. I was also rolling in the dough. However, our relationship was starting to sour.

My mother-in-law invited me to go to Jiba during such a time. She was already a believer by then. She told me: \”Morishita-san, you’re a good man. I’m so sorry my daughter is so willful. Won’t you come to Yamato with me? It will make you feel better.\”

Tenrikyo Disaster Relief Headquarters (headed by Honbu-in Yoshitaro Ueda) has established a base in Miyagi Prefecture for the Tenrikyo Disaster Relief Hinokishin Corps (DRHC) to run future operations. The corps will operate from a community center located in Higashimatsushima City, which suffered immense tsunami damage.
