The DRHC of Okayama Diocese were dispatched to assist in the recovery effort in the aftermath of an explosion at an aluminum factory in Soja City.   In response to the earthquake on June 18 the Disaster Relief Hinokishin Corps (DRHC) of Osaka Diocese were dispatched to cover damaged roofs with blue sheets. The Hyogo and Nara Diocese DRHC are scheduled to be dispatched between July 1 and 6.
